What Covid 19 documentation must be submitted to travel?

Travellers flying to Schiphol must be in possession of a negative result for either a rapid antigen test or a LAMP test that was taken just before departure. This also applies to transfer passengers. The rapid antigen test must be no more than 4 hours old at the time of boarding and is in addition to the previous requirement of a negative PCR test (no more than 72 hours old).

What is the best way to get to the city center by public transportation?

What to do in case a long layover or flight delay?

In the main terminal, in addition to shops, bars and restaurants (some 24 hours), there is a casino, sauna, museum, library, beauty salon and hairdresser and a supermarket. You can also use the storage service and lockers to store the baggage and make the wait more comfortable.

Where mobile devices can be charged?

Where is the lost and found desk?

If you’re still at the airport, head to the lost and found counters:
– Kelderplein, (between arrivals 1 and 2, once you arrive, come down)
– Lounge 1, after the T2 and T3 transfer counters, near the C-Pier.
– Holland Boulevard (between E and F Piers). If you have already left the airport provide all the details in the lost and found form.

Are there 24-hour shops and restaurants?

While many shops and food stalls located at Schiphol Plaza close at night, both in the public area and boarding area there are options for cafes, restaurants and quick meals.

How can I access to first aid and medical services?

Passengers can find medical assistance in the departures area (hall 2), one level above check-in desk 16, 2nd floor (after passport control).

And in turn, there are 24-hour first aid services and a pharmacy, in Schiphol Plaza (arrivals hall 1).

Where to find the mother and baby’s room?

The area for breastfeeding mothers and baby change facilities is on Holland Boulevard (located between the departures 2-3).

Is there any smoking area?

The assigned smoking areas are in halls 2 and 3, in some sectors of the Vip Lounges or outside the terminal building.
