What is the best way to get to the city center by public transportation?

What to do in case a long layover or flight delay?
In the main terminal, in addition to shops, bars and restaurants (some 24 hours), there is a casino, sauna, museum, library, beauty salon and hairdresser and a supermarket. You can also use the storage service and lockers to store the baggage and make the wait more comfortable.
Where mobile devices can be charged?
To charge mobile and other electronic devices, there is a table near each Gate with about six stools and plugs. These tables are usually full of people, so Plan B could be look for plugs located, farther away from the gates, in the exit area.
Is it possible to buy a SIM card at the airport
The store Airport Telecom sells SIM CARDS for your cell phone, located in the Arrivals hall of Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. You can also buy it online.
Does the airport have Wifi access and work spaces?
The airport has not only free Internet access, but also workstations for those traveling with their own laptop. These compact desktops are an ideal place to work, study or surf the web using Schiphol’s free WiFi network.
They are located in all Vip lounges, and C and D piers. They are also equipped with power outlets, so you can easily charge all your electronic devices.
On the other hand, if you don’t carry your laptop, you can use the PCs located in the Internet Center available 24 hours and located before the Passport and Boarding Control Area (in Schiphol Plaza) and after the Control Area (C-pier, Holland Boulevard, Lounge 1, Lounge 2, Lounge 3)

GWK Travelex offers currency exchange services through its counters or ATMs machines. Located before the control area in the Plaza center from 6:00 – 22:00 and after the Control Area in Hall GH from 7:30 – 14:30 and Lounges 1 and 3, both from 6:00 to 20:00. In turn, ABN AMRO Bank offers banking services in arrivals hall 1 (7:00 – 21:00) and 3 (6:00 – 22:00) and after checkpoints hall 1 and 2 (from 6:00 to 22:00).
Where is the lost and found desk?
If you’re still at the airport, head to the lost and found counters:
– Kelderplein, (between arrivals 1 and 2, once you arrive, come down)
– Lounge 1, after the T2 and T3 transfer counters, near the C-Pier.
– Holland Boulevard (between E and F Piers). If you have already left the airport provide all the details in the lost and found form.
Are there 24-hour shops and restaurants?
While many shops and food stalls located at Schiphol Plaza close at night, both in the public area and boarding area there are options for cafes, restaurants and quick meals.

Duty Frees are available after the Security Control Zone in all halls from 5 am to 1.30 am.
How can I access to first aid and medical services?
Passengers can find medical assistance in the departures area (hall 2), one level above check-in desk 16, 2nd floor (after passport control).
And in turn, there are 24-hour first aid services and a pharmacy, in Schiphol Plaza (arrivals hall 1).
Where to find the mother and baby’s room?
The area for breastfeeding mothers and baby change facilities is on Holland Boulevard (located between the departures 2-3).
Is there any smoking area?
The assigned smoking areas are in halls 2 and 3, in some sectors of the Vip Lounges or outside the terminal building.
